LATE VERTICAL & LOW MAGNITUDE?

This drill is designed to work on when vertical force is applied, not simply how much force is produced.

When vertical force comes too late and with insufficient magnitude, the goal is to create a constraint that helps the player explore a different force strategy. Using in this drill
