Radical Thinkers searching for daring new plant-based solutions to the world’s most pressing issues. Our world has the people, technology, and resources to solve humanity’s most urgent, persistent challenges. These include global warming, loss of biodiversity, food shortages, and certain diseases of civilisation which can be derived from our consumption of animal-based products. If we continue on this path, we will cause ever growing problems with unforeseeable negative consequences. A global shift towards a plant-based diet is vital to save the world from hunger, fuel poverty and the worst impacts of climate change. Is a totally animal free, plant-based diet possible? In order to find these solutions we have to think beyond the usual. We bring together the most rebellious, creative and forward-thinking minds to shape the future around us. Together, we vision the future, spot the latest innovations in science and business and propose practical applications. We are RAT – we are radical
