Eco Comfort Group presents a new residential development concept in Mas Mestre, Olivella, Barcelona, Spain, designed around contemporary Mediterranean living, privacy, natural materials and a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.

The project comprises 44 modern residences, each offering approximately 100 m² of built area. The homes are designed with 2–3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas and approximately 30 m² of private outdoor terrace space.

Ground-floor residences benefit from private gardens and direct access to landscaped areas, while upper-floor homes feature generous private terraces. Each residence is also planned with two private parking spaces and an individual storage room.

The architectural concept features elegant two-storey residential buildings with a warm, minimalist aesthetic. The façades combine natural timber/CLT structures, vertical timber screens, light neutral finishes, dark metal detailing and large glazed openings, creating a contemporary architectural identity that blends naturally into the Mediterranean environment.

The masterplan is conceived as a private residential community surrounded by greenery, with extensive landscaped areas and recreational amenities, including a swimming pool and sports facilities. Pedestrian areas and internal access have been carefully integrated to create a comfortable and attractive living environment.

🏔️ We are pleased to announce the launch of the first phase of our new development — ECO Carpathian Residence.

Located in one of the most attractive areas of the Ukrainian Carpathians, just minutes from the Bukovel ski lifts, this project combines everything that makes mountain living truly exceptional: breathtaking views, convenient accessibility, peaceful surroundings, and the unique atmosphere of the Carpathian region.
