🏔️ We are pleased to announce the launch of the first phase of our new development — ECO Carpathian Residence.
Located in one of the most attractive areas of the Ukrainian Carpathians, just minutes from the Bukovel ski lifts, this project combines everything that makes mountain living truly exceptional: breathtaking views, convenient accessibility, peaceful surroundings, and the unique atmosphere of the Carpathian region.
The first phase of the development will consist of three modern boutique apartment buildings designed to offer premium comfort, privacy, and investment value. The architecture is carefully integrated into the natural landscape, creating a harmonious balance between modern living and nature.
The second phase will significantly expand the concept and include 9 to 12 residential complexes in the Comfort+ and Business class segments, forming a new residential and recreational destination in the heart of the Carpathians.
