Thought out together. Done together.
Good ideas deserve to be put into practice.
The Lamello employees taking part are in agreement: “If there’s an opportunity like co-creation, then you simply have to make the most of it. We want to help shape the future.”
Following the first co-creation workshop in August, numerous exciting topics and ideas were put forward. From these suggestions, we selected four key areas and explored them in greater depth in further workshops.
Discussions, questioning and further reflection took place across departments and organisational levels, fuelled by an intensive exchange of ideas, diverse perspectives and the shared goal of actively driving Lamello’s development forward.
After all, good ideas shouldn’t be left to gather dust in drawers. They should be turned into reality. That’s how ideas become projects.

The topics being worked on together in the co-creation process are diverse. Who knows – perhaps in the future you’ll come across a topic, an improvement or an initiative that has its origins in Lamello’s co-creation process.
