ConstructionTech Pitch Day at InnoQube Switzerland was a highlight, bringing together 12 startups who presented innovative solutions designed to transform the construction industry.

The pitches addressed key challenges and introduced technologies that are redefining efficiency, sustainability, and smart design in construction. From optimizing workflows and utilizing AI to creating modular solutions and reducing CO₂ emissions, this event showcased startups who are addressing the industry’s biggest hurdles.

🌌 SpaceNight @ InnoQube Switzerland – Where Space Meets Society 🚀

On November 14, 2024, InnoQube Switzerland hosted SpaceNight, bringing together innovators, experts, and governments to explore the opportunities in SpaceTech.

We welcomed Matthias Spott, CEO of LEOconomy®, who offered insights into the changing space economy and its critical role in shaping the future. SpaceTech is about essential services that impact life on Earth today— communication, navigation, and Earth observation. 🌍📡

We also heard from Bianca Lins of Liechtenstein, who explained the principality’s leadership in the NewSpace economy, from blockchain-based applications to intelligent production in space. 🇱🇮💡

And Alexander Fries explained how InnoQube Switzerland helps companies gain access to the SpaceTech ecosystem, offering guidance and support to unlock its potential. 💼✨

Last week, over 70 students from the tourism program at the FHGR joined us at InnoQube Switzerland for a full five days, taking on simulations where they explored what it might take to produce and sell jetpacks in the future. They used our facilities to refine their ideas, balancing product quality with ESG principles, and on the final day, they pitched their concepts to their peers. The experience challenged them to collaborate closely, develop innovative solutions, and build strong teamwork skills.

We’re excited about our partnership with FHGR and look forward to more collaborations that support the growth of future tourism professionals!

Last week, InnoQube Switzerland took a group of 22 students from FHGR Digital Business and User Interface on a Discovery Tour of Silicon Valley. This experience gave students exposure to the heart of global tech innovation, where they connected with venture capitalists, industry experts, and over 30 startups, while simultaneously building an international perspective.

Their tour included visits to industry leaders such as Plug and Play Tech Center, SwissNex, AutoDesk, TSecond Inc, Swisscom, Google, and many more. Students had the opportunity to pitch their own ideas to a group of VC’s, engage with professionals, and see what drives success in one of the world’s most competitive tech landscapes.

Our Discovery Tours are designed to give participants firsthand insights into global innovation trends which they can then apply to their own careers. We’re proud to partner with the FHGR in preparing the next generation of innovators and leaders.

Gestern hatten wir von InnoQube Switzerland das Vergnügen, den ersten Business Club Event gemeinsam mit dem zu organisieren! 💼🏒🍾

Vor dem Apéro fand eine spannende Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema “Startup & Sport – Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede“ statt. Einige wichtige Parallelen zwischen den beiden Welten wurden hervorgehoben: Leidenschaft, Risiko, Flexibilität und die Einstellung, niemals aufzugeben. Wie im Sport verläuft auch der Weg eines Startups nie geradlinig – entscheidend ist, schnell wieder aufzustehen und motiviert weiterzumachen. 💪

Unsere Gäste waren CEO von InnoQube Switzerland Alexander Fries, EHC-Aktionär Raeto Raffainer, Eishockeyspieler Simon Marha und EHC-Präsident Carmine Di Nardo. Moderiert wurde die Runde von Jürg Feuerstein.
