We are redefining "precision."

Ceramdis has officially commissioned the Kern Micro HD, setting a new benchmark for ceramic manufacturing capabilities.

Processing technical ceramics usually means grinding. But with the Micro HD’s hydrostatic drives and temperature control (accurate to +/- 0.05K), we are now milling ceramics in ductile mode. What does this mean for your components? Optical Surface Quality: Mirror finishes directly from the machine (Ra < 0.1µm). Complex Geometries: Shapes that were previously impossible to grind. Unmatched Repeatability: Perfection, part after part.

Silicon Carbide SSiC – CS10

Ceramdis can produce precision components in sintered SSiC – CS10. Silicon Carbide is widely used due to its good thermal conductivity and high chemical resisitivty. Also, is is very wear-resistant, which makes it ideal for use in bearings or general machine components.
