We invite everyone to join us on May 13 for a presentation by Rahul Parthe, TECH5’s Co-Founder, Chairman, and CTO, on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) at ID4Africa.

In this session, Mr. Parthe will share practical insights into the governance models, business frameworks, and implementation strategies that underpin successful Digital Public Ecosystem projects. Drawing on real-world examples from countries where TECH5 has worked closely with governments, he will illustrate how decentralized digital identity and trust models can enable scalable and sustainable national digital infrastructures.

This session will demonstrate that, when built through effective PPPs and anchored in decentralized digital ID technologies, Digital Public Ecosystems can serve as a catalyst for inclusive growth, digital sovereignty, and economic resilience.

TECH5 sets a new global benchmark in fingerprint biometric identification speed and accuracy with its latest fingerprint 1:N matching algorithm evaluated in the NIST FRIF TE 1:N testing: the company achieved unprecedented performance and identification speed while ranking among the leading vendors in accuracy.

In the Class B dataset, on a gallery of five million fingerprint records, TECH5’s mean search time was reported as 0.0 seconds, indicating matching speed in the millisecond range. For governments and operators of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), these results translate directly into lower infrastructure requirements, reduced operational costs, and significantly higher transaction throughput.
