KaffeeKlatsch in Davos is the First in Switzerland
to have the VUZE Table Location System

On December 15, 2017, the KaffeeKlatsch coffeehouse and restaurant opened a new second store in Davos Platz, just 4 blocks down the street from the original coffeehouse. They offer a large selection of homemade hot and cold food specialties created from fresh regional products. It is very popular with the locals and visitors.

The owners, Orlando Fernando and Svea Meyer, wanted to create a new menu, a new atmosphere and to create a new level of customer experience in the new location. They wanted to use technology to improve operations and help to provide a higher level of customer service. After seeing a demonstration of the Vuze table location system, they where convinced it was the best choice. In Switzerland, Vuze is sold by Call-Systems Technology Switzerland, based in Geneva.

On December 13, the representative of CSTS and the CST engineer installed and tested the Vuze table location system in one day. The second day they conducted a one hour a staff training session on how to use the system. The staff was excited and proud to have the first Vuze table locations system in Switzerland.

It has now been almost a month since the Vuze system was installed the feedback has been positive. The customers like the idea of quicker food delivery and they also think the technology is really cool. From an operational point of view, management is pleased with the speed and accuracy for the food delivery and sales are well above budget. Overall, Vuze has helped to create a new dinning and management atmosphere for the KaffeeKlatsch.
