We are looking for a person with a passion for aviation to build smartflyer's business development. Your tasks will include positioning smartflyer with prospective buyers and investors.
Experience in business development and good English skills are necessary. Experience in the aviation industry, holding a pilot's licence and enthusiasm for electric aviation are advantageous.
The activities can be carried out from the home office, although travel to customers is necessary.
Participation in the company is possible.

The two fuselage tools (top/bottom) are finished and will be put together. Then nothing stands in the way of laminating the fuselage by . Other parts of the fuselage will be manufactured by , so that the next milestone can be reached at the end of April 2022. The entire structure of the smartflyer electric aircraft will be made of carbon using the pre-preg process. Then we should have the fuselage ready to start system integration.

One of our 16 battery packs has been built as a prototype by Emectric in Stuttgart. We will then carry out load tests at the beginning of 2022 and measure various parameters with specially installed sensors. The test programme provides for normal battery loads, as they occur in every flight. At the end of the test programme, a "thermal runaway" is simulated.

The smartflyer is in the making! The first structural part to be made is the horizontal tail. The gluing process at Aerolite in Horw (Switzerland) was successful and was inspected by the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation.
The entire structure of the smartflyer electric aircraft is being built from carbon using the pre-preg process.
