🎉 60 Years Jabil – am Jurasüdfuss weiter in die Uhrenstadt Grenchen 🎉

Wir bleiben bei unseren Werken am Jurasüdfuss und machen Halt in der Uhrenstadt Grenchen. Inmitten einer Region, die seit jeher für Präzision, Technik und Handwerk steht, wurde auch hier der 60. Geburtstag von Jabil gefeiert.

Die Eindrücke aus Grenchen zeigen ruhige Konzentration, eingespielte Abläufe und starken Zusammenhalt. Genau diese Mischung aus Präzision und Teamwork macht den Standort aus und trägt seit Jahren zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.

🎉 60 Years Jabil – Hägendorf im Fokus 🎉

Unsere Jubiläums‑Serie geht weiter: Nach Bettlach werfen wir heute einen Blick auf die Highlights aus Hägendorf. Beim gemeinsamen Feiern wurde einmal mehr spürbar, was Jabil seit 60 Jahren ausmacht – Menschen, die ihr Know-how teilen, Verantwortung übernehmen und gemeinsam wachsen.

Genau dieser Spirit verbindet unsere Teams über Standorte und Länder hinweg – und macht jedes Werk auf seine eigene Weise besonders.

🎉 Am 11. März 2026 haben Mitarbeitende rund um den Globus gemeinsam 60 Jahre Jabil gefeiert. 🎂

Was 1966 an einem Küchentisch in Detroit begann, ist heute ein globales Unternehmen mit über 100 Standorten weltweit und mehr als 140’000 Mitarbeitenden, die für führende Marken innovative Lösungen entwickeln und produzieren. 🌍

Auch am Standort Bettlach wurde dieser Geburtstag gefeiert und das gezeigt, worauf es bei Jabil seit 60 Jahren ankommt: Menschen, die zusammenhalten, wachsen und Zukunft gestalten.

🎉 Congratulations to our Hägendorf & Suzhou Mechanics teams! 🎉

We’re proud to celebrate their 1st place win in the “Our Process” category at Jabil’s Deliver Best Practices Competition!

Their outstanding S&OP enhancement project introduced a standardized, analytics driven planning framework across 15 major Healthcare customers—strengthening demand planning, boosting supply chain agility, and elevating customer satisfaction.

The impact speaks for itself:

📉 Forecast errors reduced by up to 33% (11% on average)
📦 Better demand accuracy across all customers
💰 More than $28M in excess inventory reduced or avoided in FY25

A fantastic achievement that shows what’s possible when teams collaborate across sites and innovate with purpose.

Il 29 gennaio 2026, a Mezzovico, abbiamo vissuto un momento di celebrazione dedicato a colleghi riconosciuti per il loro contributo quotidiano, l’impatto positivo sul team e l’esempio che rappresentano per la nostra comunità. Un’occasione per fermarsi, dire grazie e valorizzare i diversi modi in cui le persone rendono più forte la cultura Jabil.

🏆 Celebrating Leadership EDGE graduates from our Swiss plants 🏆

We are proud to celebrate graduates from our Swiss sites who have completed Jabil’s Leadership EDGE program, pictured here with Gianluca Fioravanti, Senior Global Operations Director. Each participant received a certificate and a plant as a symbol of growth. 🌱

This year, 120 rising leaders across Jabil are embarking on an eight‑month journey to sharpen strategic thinking, build influence and drive impact through immersive workshops, 360‑degree feedback and self‑paced learning.

Congratulations to all graduates of the program! We are excited to see how you continue to grow. 🌿🚀

A special thanks to our Jabil IT team in Mezzovico, Switzerland, whose efforts made a cross continental impact. The team restored 15 Lenovo laptops and prepared them for donation to Asociación Nuevo Amanecer, an educational institution in Honduras.

These devices are now actively used by students in two computer labs, helping strengthen both academic instruction and vocational training. For many young learners, access to reliable technology is limited, making this support especially valuable.

We appreciate the heartfelt letter of thanks from the school’s leadership and are proud to see how this equipment is making a real difference. This initiative highlights our continued focus on community support, sustainability, and creating opportunities for the next generation.
