15 seconds of precision – 8 parts in one setup! 🚀
Maximum productivity meets the highest surface quality. In this clip, we demonstrate the perfect interaction between tool and clamping device on a GROB machine:
🔹 Tool: Alesa Nutex Star Plus Evo (carbide, TiNox-coated)
🔹 Clamping device: spaceGRIP 2 made of tripoxyMINERAL from swissMODULAR
The result? Thanks to the vibration-damping properties of the mineral casting, we achieve extremely smooth running. The part is cut, broken off, and machined in the same process in 15 seconds. The result is incredibly precise (34 mm on both sides, which means a tolerance of 20 µm!), requiring only minimal regrinding by hand.
