Rollomatic SA Swiss manufacturer of high precisions CNC tool grinders and tool grinding centers / machines.

La société Rollomatic est une entreprise privée suisse spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de machines CNC de hautes précisions pour l'affutage d'outils coupants, la rectification cylindrique et la découpe par laser d'outils en matière ultra-dur. Orientés client, nous fournissons des solutions complètes pour la réalisation d'outils de précision, en passant du profilage des meules à la mesure des outils finis. Nos méthodes de fabrication et notre précision trouvent leurs origines dans notre passion pour l'ingénierie et notre savoir-faire helvétique. Cette manière d'agir et de penser est véhiculée par nos équipes dans toutes les étapes de la vie de nos produits: de la conception, en passant par l'assemblage machines en Lean Manufacturing et ceci jusqu'au service et conseil à la clientèle. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour construire une relation de confiance et cordiale avec nos clients, dans un esprit de partenariat. Notre site de production de 12'000m² situé au Landeron dispose d'équipements et de technologie ultra-modernes. Le développement durable faisant partie de nos valeurs, des panneaux photovoltaïques recouvrent l'intégralité de nos bâtiments et produisent 50% de notre propre consommation en énergie

Complex geometries made simple. This Ø12 mm, 6-flute form tool for the 3C industry was produced on our GrindSmart® 630XW.

Thanks to the flexibility of VirtualGrind®Pro, the two alternating tooth profiles can be programmed quickly and efficiently, while SmartChanger and automation features ensure high productivity and extended unattended operation.

The demand for complex cutting tools continues to grow across precision manufacturing applications. This week in our showroom, we produced a 3-flute lollipop end mill with a Ø10 mm shank and Ø9 mm tool diameter on our GrindSmart® 630XW.

Thanks to Smart Laser Measurement, critical dimensions are verified and compensated automatically during production, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent results on even the most challenging tool geometries.
