After six years of screens, webcams and webinars, it was finally time to meet in person again! 🙌🌍

In recent years, our Robatech Academy has successfully trained colleagues worldwide through webinars – and now it was finally time to bring an international training back to our HQ. 🎓

Colleagues from Robatech USA, South Africa, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, the UK, Lithuania and Sweden came together to learn, exchange experiences and share their knowledge.

And while online trainings work very well, this week showed once again how valuable personal interaction is. Learning side by side, exchanging real-life experiences and getting to know colleagues in person simply creates a different kind of connection. 😊

A big thank you to everyone who joined us – and especially to our Academy team for the great organization and for making this training happen! 👏💚

Some jobs are best understood by seeing them up close. 👀

That’s exactly what Berufe Muri+ is about: giving students from the Muri region the chance to discover different professions and companies for themselves.

And last week, we got to be part of it again. 💚

Our apprentices showed the students what an apprenticeship at Robatech looks like, shared their own experiences and answered lots of questions. Along the way, a tour through our company gave them an even better impression of Robatech and the different areas behind the scenes.

They also got a quick introduction to the world of adhesive application. And that came with a small surprise: chances are, every one of them has already had contact with Robatech technology without knowing it. 😉 From packaging to everyday products, bonding is everywhere.

We were happy to welcome so many interested and curious young people and give them a glimpse of the opportunities waiting for them. 🙌

A Friday tradition we’re always happy to keep. 💚

Last Friday, it was time again for our annual Rampensaufest at Robatech HQ.

The name says it all: the celebration takes place right on our loading ramp – and over the years, it has become a much-loved tradition in the Robatech calendar. After work, colleagues come together for a relaxed evening, good conversations, a cold b**r or two 🍻 and a very tasty meat and salad buffet. 🥗

No big programme, no formalities – just a nice way to end the week together and enjoy some time outside the usual work setting.

A big thank you to everyone who helped organise the evening and made sure we were so well looked after. Your effort gave us another wonderful Rampensaufest to remember. 🙌

How does adhesive get exactly where it needs to go? 😉
And what does Robatech actually have to do with it?

That’s exactly what our one-day introduction course for new employees is all about. This time, several new colleagues and especially our new apprentices joined in. 💚

They got to know Robatech, our products and the world of industrial adhesive application a little better – regardless of which department or role they work in.

And because theory is only half the fun, they were able to put their new knowledge into practice at the end of the day: while constructing a tray, they had to identify where adhesive is used throughout the process. 📦🔍

The participants’ conclusion? A very interesting day that helped them better understand how everything at Robatech connects – and what their own daily work ultimately contributes to.

How do you modernize 44 hot melt adhesive melters to Alpha – while keeping production running?

Many might think: Wow, that’s a bold move.

But De-Vau-Ge Gesundkostwerk Deutschland GmbH knew exactly what to expect. After all, they have been working with Robatech for more than 10 years.

Here’s a preview of the results:
⌚ We achieved the four-hour target for the replacement and integration of each adhesive application system.
📉 Fault messages at the melters were reduced to almost zero thanks to Alpha.
🎉 The maintenance team quickly became fans of Alpha thanks to its easy integration and diagnostics.

A new chapter begins! 🚀

This week, we welcomed five new apprentices to Robatech. They are starting their careers in four different professions: commercial employee, logistics specialist, IT specialist, and automation assembly technician. 👋

During their first two days, they got to know Robatech, learned more about our products, and received an introduction to their apprenticeship programs. They have now joined their departments and are taking their first practical steps in their new roles. 💡

We’re looking forward to seeing them learn, grow, and gain plenty of new experiences along the way.
