A Friday tradition we’re always happy to keep. 💚

Last Friday, it was time again for our annual Rampensaufest at Robatech HQ.

The name says it all: the celebration takes place right on our loading ramp – and over the years, it has become a much-loved tradition in the Robatech calendar. After work, colleagues come together for a relaxed evening, good conversations, a cold beer or two 🍻 and a very tasty meat and salad buffet. 🥗

No big programme, no formalities – just a nice way to end the week together and enjoy some time outside the usual work setting.

A big thank you to everyone who helped organise the evening and made sure we were so well looked after. Your effort gave us another wonderful Rampensaufest to remember. 🙌

How does adhesive get exactly where it needs to go? 😉
And what does Robatech actually have to do with it?

That’s exactly what our one-day introduction course for new employees is all about. This time, several new colleagues and especially our new apprentices joined in. 💚

They got to know Robatech, our products and the world of industrial adhesive application a little better – regardless of which department or role they work in.

And because theory is only half the fun, they were able to put their new knowledge into practice at the end of the day: while constructing a tray, they had to identify where adhesive is used throughout the process. 📦🔍

The participants’ conclusion? A very interesting day that helped them better understand how everything at Robatech connects – and what their own daily work ultimately contributes to.

How do you modernize 44 hot melt adhesive melters to Alpha – while keeping production running?

Many might think: Wow, that’s a bold move.

But De-Vau-Ge Gesundkostwerk Deutschland GmbH knew exactly what to expect. After all, they have been working with Robatech for more than 10 years.

Here’s a preview of the results:
⌚ We achieved the four-hour target for the replacement and integration of each adhesive application system.
📉 Fault messages at the melters were reduced to almost zero thanks to Alpha.
🎉 The maintenance team quickly became fans of Alpha thanks to its easy integration and diagnostics.

DE-VAU-GE replaced 44 Concept melters. The transition took place during ongoing operations and was easier than expected.

A new chapter begins! 🚀

This week, we welcomed five new apprentices to Robatech. They are starting their careers in four different professions: commercial employee, logistics specialist, IT specialist, and automation assembly technician. 👋

During their first two days, they got to know Robatech, learned more about our products, and received an introduction to their apprenticeship programs. They have now joined their departments and are taking their first practical steps in their new roles. 💡

We’re looking forward to seeing them learn, grow, and gain plenty of new experiences along the way.

New country, new experiences, new insights! 👀

We’re thrilled to welcome two brothers from the Czech Republic here in Switzerland. During their internship in Switzerland, they will gain a deeper insight into purchasing and quality control and learn more about Robatech.

It’s a great opportunity to gain new experiences and, of course, to learn Swiss German 😉

🚴‍♀️🚴 Rain or shine, our teams keep rolling.

31 Robatech team members are currently taking part in bike to work, a cycling challenge that encourages employees to commute by bike instead of by car. Across Switzerland, thousands of people participate each year to combine sustainability, health, and a little friendly competition. 🌱🚲

After just 1.5 months, our teams have already covered more than 7452 kilometers and saved around 1073 kg of CO₂ on their way to and from work. 💪

A big thank you to everyone taking part – we're excited to see how many more kilometers we can collect before the challenge ends. 😊💚
