𝗜𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽?

That was the opening question of yesterday’s FONGIT:Force workshop with Jakob Bovin, executive leadership coach and founder of LEADING2RESULTS.

Among other things, we dove into Jakob’s framework, The 5 F’s of Phenomenal Leadership: Follow, Focus, Failure, Feedback, and Finish; and had some honest conversations about which one is hardest to master, and why.

🤝 Thank you, Jakob, for such an engaging and thought-provoking session, and to everyone who joined us for such open and energetic discussions!
