Over 1,000 kg/h powder coatings. Target performance reached. Stable operation for hours. This is what our BBA Cooling Technology team was up to!

We recently continued commissioning two new CCn-150/70 production lines at a customer site in the United States.

A key milestone was achieved on the first line, which successfully reached its target performance and operated stably for several hours at a production rate of more than 1,000 kg/h in powder coating manufacturing.

This achievement highlights the performance of our technology and marks an important milestone in the commissioning process, including the contribution of BBA Cooling Technology to advanced powder coating production.

We would like to thank the customer's team and all project partners for their professional cooperation throughout the commissioning process. Close collaboration and technical expertise are key to bringing complex production projects successfully into operation.

Four days at wire China 2026 in Shanghai — four days of substantive conversations at our booth.

Our technical experts spoke with visitors about the day-to-day realities of cable compound production:

· formulation and process optimisation,
· how machine selection shapes both.

From specialty compound market trends to the next generation of compounding processes, one question ran through every conversation: how to keep compound quality reproducible as material specifications keep getting tighter. And how the BUSS COMPEO Co-Kneader series is built precisely to address these recurring challenges.
