🌱 goes beyond extracting minerals safely and efficiently. It also means caring for the land and planning for its future from the very beginning. At one of our mining operations in Mexico, we've restored 1.2 hectares of previously mined land and released it for cultivation, reducing our active mining footprint and returning the area to productive use while operations continue. Because restoring the land shouldn't have to wait until mining ends.

🌿 Our team is also exploring new ways to make restoration more effective. A first pilot using coir matting has shown promising results in stabilizing slopes and supporting revegetation, with potential to replicate this approach at other mining sites. And the work continues, with another 0.5 hectares planned for restoration in 2027.

💛☀️ In Brazil, our and their families recently came together for the first Walk for Life, organized through our Vivaz Program as part of Yellow September, a month dedicated to mental health awareness. The morning was an opportunity to spend time together, with a group walk followed by relaxation activities and conversations over breakfast. A moment to connect and remind ourselves of the importance of looking after our well-being and one another.

Our people are at the heart of . Caring for our colleagues’ well-being is part of how we work, whether through moments like these or through more direct support, including psychological counseling, stress management trainings, and employee assistance programs. 🎉5️⃣0️⃣ years of wax production. 5️⃣0️⃣ years of teamwork. 1️⃣ big celebration! Our from Wachsbetriebe Höchst recently came together to celebrate 50 years of wax production at Industriepark Höchst! 🧡

From pioneering the production of polyolefin waxes to being the first to bring Licocene to market, the site has built a proud legacy of innovation, reliability, and responsible production, with safety at its heart throughout the decades.

🌉 After a devastating flash flood destroyed the bridge connecting Tegaldatar and Cikaler in Sukabumi Regency, Indonesia, a vital link in the community’s everyday life was lost. 18 months later, that connection is now back! With ’s support and the hands-on involvement of our Adsorbents Indonesia , the bridge was rebuilt, restoring an important connection for everyday life. 🤝

Today, the bridge once again provides children with a safe route to school 📚🎒 and supports the everyday movement and economic activities of the local community. Its inauguration, together with local residents and government officials, was a moment of celebration, gratitude, and gotong royong – the Indonesian spirit of mutual cooperation that helped make this project possible.

🚛 Clariant advances in logistics decarbonization with the adoption of natural gas trucks! At our Suzano site in Brazil, our GBS Logistics team is gradually transitioning road transport routes from diesel trucks to vehicles running on natural gas – reducing carbon emissions without compromising performance or operational efficiency.

And our teams are already thinking ahead: the technology is compatible with biomethane, a renewable fuel produced from organic waste, opening the door to further progress in the future. It’s a great example of how logistics efficiency, innovation and environmental commitment can go hand in hand as we work toward a more sustainable supply chain.
