Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the 2026 International Distributor Meeting, co-organized with Trimos Measuring Instruments.

These two inspiring days were a fantastic opportunity to share our vision for the future and showcase our latest innovations, reflecting five years of continuous development and commitment to excellence. The enthusiasm around our new products and future developments made these exchanges even more exciting and motivating.

Beyond presenting new solutions, the event allowed us to exchange ideas, better understand evolving customer needs, and anticipate market trends.

A special highlight was the team-building session guided by -François Cousin, helping us strengthen our active listening and better understand our clients’ needs so we can continue delivering the most relevant and effective solutions.

We concluded this year’s event with a memorable visit to Stockhorn - the perfect way to end these valuable days of collaboration and connection.

Last Friday, SYLVAC was pleased to participate in the thematic breakfast meeting organized by the Office for Economic and Innovation Promotion (SPEI) on a topic that is more relevant than ever:

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀?

In a particularly uncertain economic and geopolitical climate, these discussions highlighted concrete strategies to help industrial companies strengthen their resilience and prepare for the future.

On this occasion, Eric Schnyder, CEO of SYLVAC, shared insights on addressing current market challenges: adaptation, innovation, and skills development through SMACA SA training programs. The partnership with CoBooster, a collaborative innovation platform, is also an asset for boosting synergies between companies.

The discussions also highlighted the importance of:

𝐒𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐫 – 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤!

A highly successful event with more than 𝟏𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, once again confirming its status as a key exhibition in the microtechnology industry.

Sylvac, as a regional player recognized for its quality and innovation, had the opportunity to showcase its products for the domestic market and engage in discussions on current challenges, in collaboration with SMACA for continuing education and CoBooster for collaborative innovation.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming many visitors from neighboring countries — Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal — as well as from the United States, highlighting the international importance and recognition of this exhibition in the Jura Arc region.

Strong interest was shown in the 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, as well as in our solutions Sylcom, Sylvac Anywhere, Scans machines, and the APC system for production optimization.
Numerous promising contacts were made, with several projects to be followed up in the coming months.

A particularly unusual moment also marked this edition: the visit of a rather special humanoid, equipped with components measured using our S25 optical measuring machine.
