Dendrimer Conjugates with PD-L1-Binding Peptides Enhance In Vivo Antitumor Immune Response https://hubs.ly/Q04hcZf50
A recent study introduced dendrimer conjugates functionalized with PD-L1-binding peptides that significantly enhanced tumor targeting, binding avidity, and in vivo antitumor immune responses. By leveraging multivalent dendrimer-peptide interactions, the platform demonstrated improved PD-L1 blockade efficiency, prolonged circulation, and selective tumor accumulation, highlighting a promising strategy for next-generation cancer immunotherapy.
Importantly, the study utilized MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry for characterization of the dendrimer-peptide conjugates, underscoring the critical role of advanced high-mass MS technologies in complex biologic analysis. At CovalX, our High-Mass MALDI-MS service provides high-resolution characterization of large biomolecules, protein assemblies, and therapeutic conjugates, helping researchers gain precise molecular insights to accelerate biotherapeutic development. https://hubs.ly/Q04hcLZQ0
