🔑 Every day, around 35 lost keys arrive at dormakaba in Wetzikon, Switzerland. Behind every key is a person trying to regain access to their home, workplace, or daily routine.

Through a unique key recovery service and close collaboration with police stations, municipalities, postal services, and lost-and-found offices, our team in Wetzikon helps thousands of people reconnect with what matters most. In the past year alone, around 25,000 related inquiries and recoveries were processed. More importantly, each recovery turns a stressful moment into a positive customer experience.
