Before Schaerer made coffee machines, it made medical equipment.

In the late 19th century, Maurice Schaerer worked with surgical instruments, operating tables and sterilisation devices. The expertise gained in steam and metal processing later helped lay the foundation for the first Schaerer coffee machine in 1924.

Quite a journey from medical technology to coffee expertise. ☕

Espresso, milk and a touch of pink! 💗☕

The Pink Ruby Latte brings a splash of color to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, combining rich espresso, creamy milk and the distinctive taste of Ruby Chocolate Syrup.

Created with the Schaerer Coffee Soul, here's what goes into this special drink:

☕ 1 espresso
🥛 165 ml milk + 80 ml milk foam
💗 15 ml Ruby Chocolate Syrup
🍫 Ruby chocolate shavings to finish

More than a colorful coffee creation, it's part of the “Act for All, Act for Her.” initiative.

Throughout October, every Pink Ruby Latte sold at participating Suteria locations in Switzerland contributes to a donation supporting the cause.
