-we produce only monocrystalline modules;
-since 2020, we have been producing them only using PERC technology;

stopped producing full cells and completely switched to the half-cell technology. Our strategy

DURAGLASS X — glass engineered to perform, not just protect.

In the solar industry, glass has long been treated as a passive component.
We changed that.

DURAGLASS X is an engineered system that directly impacts power output, reliability, and module lifespan.

1. Glass that doesn’t fail completely

Nano-Matrix Tempering (NMT) creates a network of high-pressure micro-cells within the glass.

— damage is confined to a single micro-zone
— cracks do not propagate across the module
— moisture cannot reach the photovoltaic cells

✔️ Resistant to hail impacts up to 45 mm (well above industry standard)

2. Maximum light transmission without degradation

Instead of traditional coatings, we engineer the glass surface itself.

“Moth-eye” structural effect:

— light transmission: 96.2%
— reflection reduced to 0.4–0.6%
— no coating degradation after 10–15 years

Why conventional frames no longer meet modern requirements

Standard aluminum (6005-T6) is a compromise:

— gradually deforms under continuous wind loads
— contributes to micro-cracks in solar cells
— vulnerable to corrosion (salt, ammonia, industrial environments)
— increasing strength = increasing weight = higher load on roofs and trackers

An aerospace-grade aluminum alloy reinforced with titanium and silicon nanoparticles
