Preface

In modern concrete brick and block manufacturing, vibration technology is the heart of compaction, density, and strength development. Broadly, there are two types of vibration systems used in the industry:
1. Mould Vibration System
2. Table Vibration System

Mould Vibration System

Mould vibration is generally effective for larger blocks above 200 mm height, particularly when table vibration efficiency reduces beyond 250 mm compaction depth. It is also suitable for:
• Smaller table areas
• Limited production capacity plants
• Specific heavy block applications

However, one of the major challenges of mould vibration systems is higher maintenance requirements due to direct vibration stress on mould assemblies and structural components.



Table Vibration System

Table vibration is preferred in high-capacity automated plants. When engineered correctly, it provides:
• Uniform density distribution
• Faster compaction
• Lower long-term maintenance
• Higher production efficiency

At Dongyue Engineering and Fabricators, we use a unique German technology table vibration system, which is fundamentally different from conventional systems used by many manufacturers.
