We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Lead to drive B2B growth, close strategic deals, and secure recurring revenue across local and international markets.

🔎 About the Role
As Business Development Lead, you will:
• Develop and execute revenue growth strategy
• Identify and qualify high-value B2B prospects
• Lead discovery calls and sales presentations
• Close strategic contracts (project-based and retainer)
• Build long-term partnerships
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline forecasting
• Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure smooth deal transition
📊 Key Performance Indicators
You will be evaluated on measurable revenue outcomes, including:
• Collected revenue (not just pipeline)
• Conversion rate from qualified leads
• Average deal size
• Recurring contract acquisition
• Pipeline forecast accuracy
• Client retention contribution
We operate on performance metrics, not activity volume.
💰 Compensation Structure
• Competitive Base Salary
• Commission on collected revenue

• Quarterly performance bonuses
• Contract-to-Hire option (3–6 months probation with conversion benchmarks)

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development
• Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals
• Experience selling digital solutions, technology services, consulting, or related services (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• CRM discipline (Bitrix24, HubSpot, etc.)
• Comfortable engaging decision-makers and C-level executives
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting ability
• Self-driven and comfortable in a remote environment
Experience in international markets is a strong advantage.
