🌿🐎Across the Gobi Desert in the eastern Junggar Basin, a green transformation is unfolding quietly.

💧🌾Old pumpjack bases have been given a new life as wildlife drinking troughs — including seven specially donated for Przewalski's horses. In the Huoshaoshan operation area, treated domestic wastewater is recycled to create a wetland spanning nearly 45,000 square meters. Today, this restored habitat is home to 91 species.

⚡🌿Starting this year, Bohai Drilling Engineering Company Limited has accelerated the adoption of cleaner energy solutions, rolling out dedicated programs for green power alternatives such as battery energy storage and swapping, as well as fuel gas and methanol power generation. These technologies have already been successfully applied at 141 drilling sites and 31 fracturing units.

📊⚡Looking ahead, the company aims to increase its clean energy substitution rate to over 90 percent this year, with annual electricity consumption exceeding 800 million kWh.
