The thermoplastic vulcanizate ( ) series of products are a range of products developed with a specific orientation, taking advantage of the excellent elasticity, environmental resistance, and aging resistance of Dawn's TPV.

The assembled flooring is applied to the activity areas of kindergartens, as well as basketball courts and tennis courts in primary and secondary schools. The plastic running tracks are used for the track and field running tracks of stadiums and schools. These products provide effective cushioning and anti-slip effects. Meanwhile, they reduce the pressure and friction force when changing directions during sports, and offer cushioning force in case of accidents, thus providing effective protection and safety. On November 9th, at the 13th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for New Materials held in the Jinan New District of Handan, Hebei Province, Shandong Dawn Helf New Materials Co., Ltd. won the Excellent Enterprise Award in the startup category for its PCTG copolyester industrialization project. The packaging bags produced by Qingdao Zhoushi Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. are made of GREEN PE imported from Brazil. It is a green and environmentally friendly bio-based polyethylene (Bio-PE) produced from sugar cane and is a renewable alternative to traditional petroleum-based polyethylene.

It can significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions during its life cycle. One ton of bio-based high-density polyethylene can absorb up to 2.12 tons of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, which is recyclable, renewable and can be recycled in the same way as conventional polyethylene.
