Recruit Sales Manager
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Evaluates the condition of the market demand . Uses market and wholesale value for the equipment to negotiate with the customer in an attempt to get the customer to buy the equipment at or near fair market value. If the customer does not purchase the equipment, attempts to convince the dealer to purchase the equipment at a reasonable price near the wholesale value.
* Negotiates fair market value sales for slurry pump and construction equipment, making commercially reasonable sales on equipment.
*Maintains an understanding of the equipment market and demand for different machine models and brand names throughout South America.
Required Qualifications:

* A 4-year college or university degree in any business discipline with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in mining industry, collections, sales, marketing and /or remarketing, of which 3 years must have been sales experience in the equipment .
* Previous international or supervisory experience may be a substitute for collections, sales, marketing and/or remarketing experience
*Fluent in English，Nationality of Chile
