We use advanced imported production equipment, British CT METORI digital controllers, a φ219-φ426 ERW steel pipe production

line, a φ426-φ660 ERW steel pipe production line, twenty φ245-φ820 thermal expansion pipe production lines, and a newly added φ114.3-φ219 ERW pipe welding line which is worth 79 million USD. We have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements. In 2015, we build a new advanced JCOE production line for LSAW pipe and Hollow Sections. LSAW steel pipe size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 6mm-50mm. Hollow Sections including Square Steel Tube and Rectangular Steel Tube, size from 400mm*400mm to 1100mm*1100mm, wall thickness: 6mm-50mm. SEAMLESS/SSAW/FITTINGS
