Introduction
The 19th China International Agrochemical & Crop Protection Exhibition (CAC2018), the 19th China International Agrochemical and Crop Protection Equipment Exhibition (CACE2018), and the 9th China International Fertilizer Show (FSHOW2018) have been held successfully at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 7th to 9th March 2018. The exhibitions occupied five exhibition halls, and established the trade, communication and exchange platform involving pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, beyond-agriculture, production & packaging equipment, crop protection equipment, logistics, consultancy, laboratories and supportive services. Both of the exhibition scales and the visitor number have reached a record high. Occupying an area of 73,000 square meters, the exhibitions have attracted 1,336 exhibiting companies from more than 30 countries and regions, nearly 33,000 visitors from over 120 countries and regions, and a number of buyer delegations from Russia, Mongolia, Vietnam and India, etc.

CAC opening banquet was held and more than 500 industry players from home and abroad were invited to attend. During the banquet, winners of 4th CAC Awards were revealed. Four awards including â2017 Top 10 Chinese Pesticides Exportersâ, â2017 Oversea Market Expansion Awardâ, âCAC2018 Recommended Supplierâ and âCAC2018 Booth Design Awardâ were conferred to 34 enterprises.
đˇCAC Conference Week 2018 was held alongside with the exhibitions from 7th to 9th March 2018. During the conference week, Nearly 100 speakers in pesticides, fertilizer and seed industry including government officials, industry experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs will be invited from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Thailand, UK and Vietnam. Through the seven sessions, they will highlight three major themes of âNew Normal, New Field and New Opportunityâ, elaborate policy changes and trends from perspectives of policy, regulatory and market, exchange information & technology and share experiences on clean production, new molecule R&D, opportunities in small application pesticides and pesticides application in non-field crop, and conduct dialogues on hot topics such as beyond-agriculture applications, bio control, seed treatment technology, pesticides & fertilizer Integrated application.

Through yearsâ improvement, the international influence and reputation of CAC brand are continuously increasing. CAC2019 will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 5th March to 7th March 2019.
