☕ What’s hiding inside your coffee beans?

In this test, we ran coffee beans through our X-ray inspection system with different foreign object test cards.

The test pieces included SUS wire, SUS balls, ceramic balls, and glass balls in different sizes — all clearly displayed on the X-ray image.

For coffee beans, nuts, grains, and other bulk products, X-ray inspection helps identify high-density contaminants such as metal, glass, stone, and ceramic that are nearly impossible to spot by visual inspection.

This flip-type conveyor metal detector features a 400 mm wide × 120 mm high detection channel, and the tunnel size can be customized according to your product dimensions and production line requirements.
