⭐Each battery is tested before shipment and is equipped with a complete shipment report and data.
⭐Recently, in addition to this specification 48V72Ah, we also received a custom 12V230Ah battery, which is also used for railroads.
⭐We support customization and welcome you to let us turn the parameters into the battery from concept to reality.

⭐Today we are lucky to shoot the sample production of regular 12V battery, some of them are standard products, but in the face of customer's requirements and related instructions we will make sure to implement on each sample, and the later bulk production will not be wrong as long as we follow the template.

⭐The whole video is about three parts in total.
① The inspection and preparation of product materials before sample production.
②The welding and assembly of the lithium battery, the internal alignment of this piece is not shown to you, but there are some pictures of the process and the completed sample, our internal alignment is still done very neatly.
③The initial appearance of the finished product. After the test is well done and with no problem, it will be done with the next insulation protection and sealing.

⭐Finally about the test we have something to say!
Before each battery is shipped, we will perform an aging test on the battery, which is to completely simulate the process of charging the battery from 0 and get the data, and discharging the battery from full charge to 0 and get the data to make sure it meets the specifications and no other problems occur.
Because this battery is a low-temperature battery, so we need to test in the temperature-controlled box for -40 degrees charge and discharge.
We will also send the above to our clients to see some battery structure, battery photos, and test data to ensure that the battery is in good condition before shipping, so that clients can trust the battery, trust us, so that they can better use or sell the battery.
