2. Master and Prototype
Originated in to keep improving, persistent adherence to provide the commit
ment with good products. We established the development team devoted to prototype and moulding in order to correspond the client’s demands, converting the original ideas to be an reality and for any kinds of modification.
3.Screen Printing and Thermoformed PC Shell Blister
All of our products are using thermoformed PC shell with precise screen printing to make sure all demanding graphics accurately and symmetrically. Based on different graphics and colors requires the different hot temperature,To accurate the temperature is necessary process. Forming the PC shell by the technology of Vacuum machine to make the shell with better functional result of shock resistance, corrosion resistance, lightness etc. Trimming the holes and edges with machine or by hand for the specialized structural helmets.
4. EPS
Sunning owns the self-governed EPS plant, therefore to have the fast and flexible production schedule to respect the delivery date for each customer. All of our products are with the raw material polystyrene exported from USA to guarantee EPS liner’s rigidity, density, weightness and green environmental requirement.
5. Matt Painting
We invested the new Matt Painting workshop, leading the team by specialized and work experienced professionals in matt industry more than twenty years, to satisfied requirements for the high level of bicycle helmets.
6. Assembly
Brand new production workshop which is high efficiency automatic assembling line, with uniforming overall arrangement and with 5S high standards to insure the quality of completed helmets.
