🔥Do you know how to install packaging film on Bottom film packaging machine?
Check out our video for detail process:
1️⃣Place the packaging film onto the film roller.
2️⃣Fixed the film roller, the film roll must not move left or right.
3️⃣Thread the film according to the film feeding sequence diagram, rotating the film roller while pulling the film. The film must be straight. it must not be bent or curled at the edges.
4️⃣Smoothly feed the film into the center position of the bag former, leave even margins on both sides.
5️⃣Open the film feeding wheel and pressing wheel, pass the film through these two wheels and close.
6️⃣Use the jog switch to move the film; the film feeding is now successful.
