On August 23, KEDA's 7th-generation Cel 4 Apex foamed ceramics tunnel kiln line was successfully fired up at JIANHENG in Inner Mongolia.

The project delivers a series of industry-first breakthroughs:
🔶 Highest single-line capacity: 500 m³/day, 180,000 m³/year
🔶 First four-layer foamed ceramics tunnel kiln technology
🔶 First four-layer automatic panel unloading and material feeding systems
🔶 Expected lowest single-line energy consumption
🔶 Highest-capacity raw material preparation workshop
🔶 Largest-capacity intelligent rail-based storage and handling system
🔶 Fastest and highest-capacity foamed ceramics cutting line

This marks the third collaboration between KEDA and JIANHENG, following a previous kiln upgrade that increased output by 30% while reducing energy consumption by 22%.

From firing to material handling and downstream processing, KEDA continues to push the boundaries of foamed ceramics manufacturing.
