White Rabbit Ceramics' No. 28 5A-grade production line has entered stable operation, achieving target capacity from day one with a first-pass yield exceeding 92%.

🚀 Designed for a daily output of 15,000㎡, the line is capable of producing multiple rustic tile formats, including 150×600~1500 mm, 600×600 mm, 900×900 mm, 600×1200 mm, 750×1500 mm, and 800×1350 mm.

Delivered by KEDA as a complete solution from pressing to packaging, the line integrates a range of flagship technologies:
🔸 Three 3800-ton presses and one KD5608 high-tonnage press
🔸 Six-layer dryer
🔸 New-generation Neo-Arc kiln
🔸 Intelligent tile storage system
🔸 Fully automatic polishing line

On April 9, the No.4 kiln production line at TAKAO Group's Binh Dinh plant was successfully ignited, marking another milestone in our long-term partnership.

This project delivers a comprehensive solution, covering:
🔸 KD6818XL presses, seven-layer dryer, glazing line, wide kiln, and after-kiln complete line
🔸 Production of high-quality glazed polished tiles (800×800 mm, 600×1200 mm, 1000×1000 mm)
🔸 Daily capacity of 22,000 m²
