What we supplied is a hot‑top casting system, not an oil‑air silp system, Yet the surface quality of the aluminum billets is comparable to the effect achieved by oil‑air slip technology. I even double‑checked whether our engineer had used beauty filters for the photos. We always seek truth from facts, and our engineer confirmed these are plain original photos with no retouching.

What is the intelligent control system for aluminum profile anodizing and electrophoresis lines?
As our manager explained, this system works in the same way as Google Maps: it monitors real-time operating conditions and dynamically adjusts process routes to raise production efficiency and ensure stable product quality.

Its core highlight is automatic intelligent mixed production post loading. The central control system independently alternates silver/coloring treatments and sealing/electrophoresis procedures, optimizes the process sequence of incoming workpieces for efficient mixed manufacturing. It balances workload across all stages and maximizes overall productivity.

In full-auto production mode, tank-side operators can switch any single crane to manual control whenever needed. Once tasks finish, switching the crane back to automatic mode restores its unattended operation right away. Each machine is equipped with six digital readout (DRO) meters, enabling operators to easily monitor and adjust parameters with precision. A safety protection cover with door-open power-off interlock ensures maximum operator safety — the machine automatically cuts power the moment the door is opened. [Aluminum extrusion die maintenance ]Think higher caustic concentration means faster die cleaning and etching?|Wrong. That's a myth.
The optimal concentration is? 20 to 25 percent.
Here's why: Push it too high, and the solution turns viscous. It flows poorly, can't pe*****te the die cavities — and you actually end up slower, not faster.
Veteran operators know this trick: When etching feels sluggish, they add water, not more caustic soda. Diluting it slightly actually speeds things up.
Think of it like sugar syrup — the more concentrated, the thicker and stickier it gets, especially when hot. Same logic applies here.
Remember: 20 to 25 percent. Not more. Not less. Just right.
