Hi Every one, this is Alkali recovery system for Alkali Etching Tank of anodizing line.
For using this system, our condition is that, the alkali liquid should be pure liquid, can not add any chemical like the Anti-settling agent. This system recycled rate is 90%, the by product is Aluminum hydroxide, humidity is around 15%, it can be sold out as a raw material for other industry. The system is close loop production, wont get the secondary pollution and need more labor to treatment other process. Compared with our caustic soda recycling system, The working principle is the same, the treatment objects is different, so equipment seams similar. I would like to share our small 1~3 Tons aluminum melting furnace for experiment. As China development of high tech product, more and more companies and research institute study the new material of different aluminum alloy. Trying a new product, If they are lucky, they might succeed after 3-5 trials. If not lucky, they may succeed after 20~30 trials. Most of Customers furnace capacity is big, like 25~50Tons, if they use big furnace to do experiment, it will get too much waste and lost. If use small furnace, after the experiment was successful, use the trial recipes at the big furnace, it can save a lot! As we know, the smaller furnace capacity, The worse of heat preservation effect it is. So we increase the wall thickness and make better the heat preservation, even the furnace door, the thicknesses is same as the wall. For convenient to control the furnace door, we adopt the hydraulic control, so the operator can be easy to open or close the door and reduce the heat energy releasing. This furnace, adopt tilting design, every cast can run out the aluminum liquid, and if electric power is cheap, we can adopt electric power heating, if gas is cheap, we can make gas burner heating. I would like to share the assembly work of one more dia 825mm hot top aluminum billet casting table at our factory!
For steel structure of casting table, the thinnest thickness is 16mm, for the billet mold, we adopt forged 6061 alloy with heat treatment, full set of table is heavier than other suppliers. Crystallization process of aluminum extrusion die cleaning with waste caustic soda recycling system
The advantage of Our system:
1.Recycle 90% waste caustic soda;
2.Zero discharge of waste caustic soda liquid;
No need to add any Chemical agents (like the lime);
PLC continuously control operation;
By-product is aluminium hydroxide，can be sold out to increase company imcome. Aluminum hydroxide is Used as a flame retardant (widely applied in plastics, rubber, and coatings), it functions by absorbing heat during decomposition and forming a flame-retardant layer; it is also a raw material for producing aluminum oxide, ceramics, and glass, and serves as a papermaking filler and water treatment flocculant. Chinese cost is 1000～1500CNY per ton. About 140～210USD per ton
Maintenance is simple, maintenance cost is low, spare parts also is simple.
Just need one person to run the machine, and just half of day.
