As engineers, testing a machine is strictly about numbers and plasticization quality. Here is a brief look at today’s commissioning session for our 70+35 co-extrusion line.

Technical Specs & Process Observation:

✅Configuration: 70mm main extruder (insulation core) + 35mm auxiliary extruder (color stripe / skinning co-extrusion).

✅Thermal Stability: PID multi-zone temperature control maintained melt fluctuations within ±1 throughout speed acceleration.

✅Melt Homogeneity: Screw L/D ratio optimized for smooth shear, resulting in uniform viscosity and zero bubble entrapment.

✅Crosshead Precision: Self-centering co-extrusion crosshead achieved insulation concentricity exceeding 95%.

✅Line Control: Real-time feedback between the online laser diameter gauge and the main PLC system, keeping outer diameter tolerance strictly within spec.

Every line undergoes full-load running tests to ensure complete mechanical and electrical stability prior to dispatch.

👉Planetary Stranding Machine

👷Designed with a planetary back-twist system to reduce torsional stress during stranding and improve cable roundness and flexibility.

Applications:
Suitable for stranding copper, aluminum and insulated cores for power cables, control cables, signal cables, flexible cables and special cables.

Production Range:

●Single wire diameter: approx. Φ1.0–8.0 mm
●Finished cable diameter: approx. Φ14–60 mm
●Cage options: 6, 12, 18, 24 bobbins and more

Engineering Focus:
Back-twist + individual tension control helps maintain consistent lay length, cable diameter and roundness. Filling, taping and shielding units can be added according to cable construction.
