Sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate(OT-75) mainly used as wetting agent, emulsifier, dispersant, penetrant, leveling agent.
Application areas:
1)Coating and ink: Improve the uniformity and stability of the coating; Make the pigment more evenly dispersed, adjust viscosity and have anti foaming effects.
2)Emulsion polymerization: Improve the stability and reaction efficiency of the polymerization system, promote the emulsification process, and improve the uniformity and storage stability of emulsion.
3)Textile printing and dyeing: Help dye evenly pe*****te fibers, improve dyeing uniformity, enhance dye adsorption, and improve the dyeing effect of difficult to wet substrates.
4)Industrial cleaning: Improve the peeling efficiency of stubborn stains such as oil stains and wax deposits.
5)Agrochemical products: used for pesticide preparation, providing wetting and emulsifying functions.
6)Papermaking:Improve the surface wettability and uniformity of paper, enhance its water absorption, improve its smoothness and strength, optimize coating adhesion, glossiness, and drying efficiency.
7)Cosmetics:Improve the permeability and stability of the product, improve the fluidity and spread of lotion and cream, enhance the uniformity of ingredients, and have anti-static and softening functions.
8)Metal processing:Improve lubrication and cooling efficiency, enhance flushing effect, help remove oil stains and oxide layers, and improve subsequent coating adhesion.
9)Petrochemical:Improve crude oil recovery rate, stabilize emulsion system, prevent oil-water separation, enhance oil pollution treatment efficiency, suitable for use in complex petroleum systems.
