The LD display function of the power regulator can show voltage, current, power, input signal, output voltage, and use codes ALM1-ALM7 to indicate voltage alarm, current alarm, over-temperature alarm, power phase loss alarm, unbalance alarm, etc. Parameters can be set locally. The current, voltage, etc., are green and free of harmonics.
It adopts an all-digital and user-friendly design, with simple and quick operation.
The control core uses a 16-bit microprocessor and advanced SMT welding technology. The signal input control can adapt to 4-20mA, 0-5V manual potentiometer setting, and non-voltage dry contact signals, with explicit program control, and the error of output limitation is within ±3%.
A/D high-precision conversion ensures high control accuracy. The main control board of the power regulator must undergo anti-corrosion treatment to be corrosion-resistant, ensuring a highly reliable and stable analog circuit for full-power trouble-free continuous operation.
The power regulator itself has phase voltage regulation and frequency division zero-crossing control modes (with constant current, constant voltage, and constant power control), and the control modes can be switched mutually.
It is equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface, facilitating centralized control of multiple devices.
