🚀 Revolutionizing the Agricultural Material Industry: The FMR Intelligent Warehouse Project 🌾

Proud to share the collaboration between Liben Crops, a leading agricultural brand, and XGEN Robot, a one-stop intelligent internal logistics solution provider, in launching the FMR Intelligent Warehouse at Lianyungang Chemical Industry Park.

This groundbreaking project integrates an intelligent control platform that connects the equipment, order, and material layers, ushering in a new era of efficiency and precision for the agricultural material industry. By addressing traditional inefficiencies in manual cargo handling and introducing real-time data monitoring, the FMR intelligent warehouse achieves comprehensive improvements in material storage, production replenishment, and product delivery.

Highlights of the project include: ✅ Seamless multi-floor integration spanning over 14,000㎡ of space. ✅ Efficient cross-floor material transfers with RGVs, conveyors, and elevators. ✅ Material turnover and replenishment in just 3 minutes per pallet. ✅ Deployment of FMR robots for seamless support across production workshops.

On November 6, the Liansheng New Materials Jiaxing Smart Warehouse launch ceremony was held at the corporate park. Representatives from Liansheng New Materials and XGEN gathered to witness this significant milestone.

Pioneering a New Era of Smart Warehousing
Partnering with XGEN, a leader in one-stop intralogistics solutions, Liansheng New Materials has introduced a fully integrated smart storage system. This digital transformation enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and sets a new industry standard.

As one of the region’s most important projects of the year, the Liansheng high-end environmental initiative spans 152 acres with a total investment exceeding 1.5 billion RMB. The new smart warehouse is designed to support an annual production of 280,000 tons of eco-friendly materials, ensuring seamless storage and logistics operations.

🔹 Corridor + AMR: Seamless Transport & Docking
The project includes six workshops and two automated storage systems, handling various raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. To streamline supply and logistics across multiple functional areas, XGEN has implemented a corridor + Beetle AMR system.

Corridors ensure physical connectivity between spaces.
Beetle AMRs enable multi-point docking between storage conveyor lines and lifts.
Efficient material flow ensures fast turnaround across different floors.
🔹 Multi-Warehouse Deployment for Diverse Needs
With a wide range of solid and liquid materials stored in bags, drums, IBC totes, and plastic barrels, XGEN has deployed two specialized storage zones:

Finished Goods Warehouse & Class D Storage for optimized inventory management.
Over 23,000 storage locations powered by intelligent hardware and software integration.
Accelerated material turnover of 280 pallets, setting a new efficiency benchmark.
