Will the Coating Stay on the Film? Let’s Test It
Can this coating survive cutting and tape peeling?

We performed a cross-cut adhesion test to make the result easy to see. After cutting the coated surface into a grid, the tape was pressed firmly and then peeled away.

The grid remained clean, with no visible coating peeling.

3M Tape Test for Hot Stamping Adhesive on Paper
Will the foil peel away from the paper during a tape test?

In this test, 3M tape is applied firmly to the hot-stamped surface and then removed. The foil layer remains strongly connected to the paper, with paper fibers lifting during the pull.

The visible result demonstrates reliable adhesion for paper hot-stamping applications.

How far can a flexible textile coating stretch?

This waterborne polyurethane provides an elongation at break of up to 1500%, forming a soft and highly flexible film. The video also shows the film after heat aging to evaluate its resistance to yellowing.
