Features:
• Material Grade: DIN 1.2344 (also known as X40CrMoV5‑1, H13) — a proven hot‑work tool steel.
• EF + ESR Processed: Electro‑Slag Remelting combined with extra fine structure (EF) to deliver superior cleanliness, homogeneity, and microstructure stability.
• Spheroidizing Annealing + Turning Surface Finish: Carefully annealed to reduce internal stresses and improve machinability; turned surface ensures accurate dimensions and readiness for subsequent operations.
• Ultrasonic Testing (Sep1921‑84, D/d): Each piece fully inspected using ultrasonic non‑destructive testing per Sep1921‑84 standard (D/d criterion) for detection of internal defects — ensuring reliability and safety.
