Die manufacturing: Cold stamping die: 7CrSiMnMoV die steel is often used in cold stamping die manufacturing, the die is used for metal blanking, stretching, bending and other processing operations at room temperature.

Plastic mold: The steel is also suitable for the manufacture of plastic molds, for the molding of plastic products, injection molding and other processing processes. Its toughness and plasticity ensure stability and durability in high pressure and high temperature environments.

Rubber mold: 7CrSiMnMoV die steel can also be used to manufacture rubber molds, such as rubber seals forming molds. It can meet the requirements of mold strength and wear resistance during rubber processing.

Features: Excellent toughness: 7CrSiMnMoV die steel has excellent toughness, so that it can resist external impact and cope with deformation, extend the service life of the die.

1.2767 (X45NiCrMo4) Cold work die steel has high hardness, good wear resistance, machinability and thermal stability, suitable for manufacturing a variety of molds. Steps such as cutting, roughing, heat treatment, precision machining and surface treatment can improve shape and dimensional accuracy as well as corrosion resistance and service life. Its chemical composition includes elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, chromium, molybdenum and nickel. Typical mechanical properties include tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness.
It has a high hardness and is able to maintain good wear resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing molds that require high wear resistance and pressure resistance.

It has good cutting properties, which can maintain good tool life and high efficiency during processing, thereby improving production efficiency.

It has high thermal stability, can maintain stable hardness and dimensional stability in high temperature environment, and is suitable for manufacturing molds that need to be used in high temperature conditions.

It has good plasticity and processing properties, and can be shaped by heat treatment and mechanical processing to meet the needs of different mold shapes and sizes.

It is suitable for the manufacture of many types of dies, such as cold stamping dies, extrusion dies, shearing tools, etc. It is also widely used in the manufacture of food processing equipment, plastic injection molds, metal stamping molds and so on.
