Most WtE issues do not start with combustion itself, but with unstable airflow and pressure imbalance inside the system.

When this happens, the process quickly becomes unstable:
Flame quality drops, emissions such as CO and dioxins increase, and boiler efficiency decreases. In more severe cases, flue gas leakage risks may also appear.

In this system, centrifugal fans are often underestimated.
In reality, they are what keep airflow stable and coordinated.

The system relies on three key airflow parts:
