No gear replacement required. Operators directly input target pitch value on the touch screen HMI, pitch adjustable within 10–100 mm. Abandon traditional gear disassembly & replacement, drastically cut mold change downtime and improve production flexibility.
High-Precision Stepper Motor Ball Screw Traverse
Adopts stepper motor + precision ball screw traverse unit, PLC performs real-time high-accuracy calculation to synchronize traverse speed. Traverse width and traverse distance can be adjusted externally, eliminate wire overlapping, stacking and pressing defects to guarantee neat spool winding.
Optional Laser Edge Detection for Automatic Traverse Correction
Equipped with laser sensor for real-time edge scanning during winding. Automatically calibrate traverse position when wire reaches reel edge, prevent wire stacking at reel fl**ge, greatly lower reject rate for high-standard cable production.
