🎓澳電與澳門管理學院合辦「澳電綜合培訓課程」培育新一代管理人才💡

📜 澳電與澳門管理學院合辦的「澳電綜合培訓課程2025/2026」結業禮近日假澳門旅遊塔大禮堂舉行，23名學員順利完成課程並獲頒結業證書。

🌟 是次課程專為具發展潛力的核心人才而設，內容涵蓋九個管理範疇，包括主管角色與高效溝通、問題分析與決策、團隊領導、績效管理、財務管理、談判技巧、演講及訪談技巧等研習範疇。課程結合理論與實踐，透過多元學習模式，協助學員提升領導能力、跨部門協作及解難思維，為未來承擔管理職務做好準備。

🎉 結業禮由澳電執行委員會主席梁華權及澳門管理學院校董會主席莫志偉主持。澳門管理學院司庫鄭堅立、委員劉永誠、包敬燾及何小敏、院長唐繼宗、副院長鄭麗湘，以及澳電管理團隊等嘉賓出席典禮，共同見證學員完成培訓的重要成果。

🎓 CEM and Macau Institute of Management jointly organize “CEM Integrated Training Program 2025/2026” to nurture the next generation of management talent💡

📜 CEM and the Macau Institute of Management (MIM) jointly organized the closing ceremony for “CEM Integrated Training Program 2025/2026” recently at the Grand Hall of Macau Tower. A total of 23 participants successfully completed the program and were awarded graduation certificates.

🌟 The program was designed specifically for high-potential employees, covering nine management areas, including supervisory roles and effective communication, problem analysis and decision-making, team leadership, performance management, financial management, negotiation skills, presentation and interviewing techniques. Combining theory with practice, the program applied diverse learning approaches to enhance participants’ leadership capabilities, cross-departmental collaboration, and problem-solving mindset, preparing them for future management responsibilities.

🎉The ceremony was officiated by Bernie Leong, Chairman of CEM Executive Committee, and Alex Mok, President of MIM Board of Directors. Guests attending the ceremony included Keegan Cheang, Treasurer of MIM Board of Directors; Lau Veng Seng, Raymond Bao and Simone Ho, Members of MIM Board of Directors; Tong Kai Chung, President of MIM; Luisa Cheang, Vice President of MIM; CEM Management Team; and other distinguished guests, who witnessed this significant milestone achieved by the graduates.

🚗保護車底等於保護心臟🫀！🔋電動車電池防護+保養全攻略

電動車電池🔋絕大部分都安裝喺「車底」，正正係成架車嘅心臟命脈！想避免電池過熱🌡️或者熱失控意外事故，平日保養唔可以馬虎，以下幾招一定要記實：

• 👀小心「刮底」及路坑陷阱：澳門街斜路多，停車場嘅坡道又窄又斜，出入要特別小心！行經不平路面、地庫坡道或者路壆時，一定要慢駛🐢！避免車底直接撞擊或者刮花電池，整親個「心臟」就大件事！

• 🔋充電習慣要良好：
o 必須使用原廠充電線
o 長期使用快充容易加速電池老化，建議快充同慢充交替使用
o 剛行完高速或者在大太陽下暴曬，應先讓車輛散熱 10 分鐘先插槍充電

• 🚫嚴禁亂改電路：想升級音響或者改車內電路？千奇唔好私下搵車房處理，接觸不良或者過載，好易引致短路，隨時着火🔥後果真係不堪設想！

【家居警惕】家電長開竟會自燃？🔥

内地近日發生一宗令人痛心的家居火警，一間裝修僅兩年的住宅，因即熱式飲水機冇拔插頭突然自燃，全屋嚴重燻黑。雖然火勢因室内氧氣耗盡自行熄滅，但兩隻貓不幸慘死。

💡點解電器唔拔插頭會咁危險？
好多電器雖然關咗機，但只要插頭仍在插座上，內部的變壓器（火牛）依然微弱通電。一旦遇到電壓波動或潮濕，就可能引發短路着火。所以外出或睡覺前，記得將非必要的電器插頭全部拔掉。

⚠三大高危電器，千奇唔好長開：
❌ 抽濕機／冷氣機：長開易令馬達過熱，濾網積塵吸濕後更可能導電短路，建議每兩星期清洗一次濾網。
❌ 手機充電頭／火牛：充電滿80%即可，唔好長期插住。若發現異常或有異味，須即時更換。
❌ 風筒／電熱水壺：功率很高，必須使用牆身獨立插座，唔好用拖板，周圍 1 米內切勿放置易燃雜物。

[Home Safety Alert] Appliances left plugged in can spontaneously catch fire?! 🔥

A heartbreaking house fire recently occurred in Mainland China. A home—renovated just two years ago—suffered severe smoke damage throughout after an instant hot water dispenser was left plugged in and spontaneously caught fire. While the flames eventually died out on their own due to a lack of oxygen in the sealed room, two cats tragically lost their lives.

💡 Why is it so dangerous to leave appliances plugged in?
Even when turned off, appliances left plugged into an outlet still draw a small, continuous electrical current through their internal power adapters. If exposed to voltage fluctuations or high humidity, this can trigger a short circuit and spark a fire. Before heading out or going to sleep, remember to unplug any non-essential electronics.

⚠️ Three high-risk appliances you should NEVER leave running continuously:
❌ Dehumidifiers / Air Conditioners: Running them non-stop can cause the motor to overheat. Dusty filters that absorb moisture can also conduct electricity and short-circuit. It’s best to clean filters every two weeks.
❌ Phone Chargers / Power Adapters: Unplug once your device reaches 80%—don’t leave chargers plugged into the wall permanently. Replace them immediately if they seem faulty or give off an unusual smell.
❌ Hairdryers / Electric Kettles: These high-power appliances must be plugged directly into a dedicated wall outlet rather than a power strip. Keep all flammable items at least one meter away.

為啟發本澳青少年對電力工程業的興趣，並持續推動本地科普教育，澳電於近日舉辦「一日澳電工程師體驗」。活動吸引超過二百名青少年報名，最終經抽籤後選出三十位學員，在澳電客戶服務部、發電部、輸配電部和人力資源及可持續發展部四個部門的專業工程師的帶領下，親身探索電力工程師的日常工作與職業使命！

⚡️ CEM Organized "One Day Engineer Experience" to Nurture Local Power Engineering Talent 🤖

To spark local youth interest in the power engineering industry and promote STEM education, CEM recently hosted the "CEM One Day Engineer Experience". The event drew over 200 applicants, with 30 students selected via drawing to explore the daily responsibilities and professional mission of power engineers, guided by professional engineers from CEM four key departments: Customer Services, Generation, Transmission & Distribution, and Human Resources & Sustainability.

🐶 Hands-on Experience with "Robotic Inspection Dog": Students personally operated the smart inspection robotic dog, getting a first-hand look at how cutting-edge technology is applied in power inspection routines.

🏭 Exclusive Access to Key Power Facilities: Stepping beyond the classroom, participants visited off-limit facilities including the CEM Training Center, Meter Testing Laboratory, Pac On 220kV Substation and Coloane Power Station to experience real-world power operations up close.
