Is your vertical coal mill struggling with excessive mill vibration, high main motor current, or an overworked circulation fan? These symptoms often trace back to an unstable material bed, poor grindability, high circulating loads, and severe system 💨air leakage.
At CCSP, we tackle these specific pain points through targeted Vertical Coal Mill System Technology. By integrating these three core ↗️upgrades: grinding zone, classifier and air ring, we help cement plants achieve stable production, lower power consumption per ton, and consistently meet combustion quality requirements.
💡Technologies & Benefits of System Modification Technology
✅ Greater Grinding Area: Optimize roller-table meshing and reduce bed thickness to boost effective grinding area and significantly increase output.
✅ Higher Classifier Efficiency: Use external fan-type rotor blades for finer coal powder, and upsize the classifier to handle over 20% more production.
✅ Lower Air Ring Resistance: Combine dynamic and static guide rings to reduce nozzle velocity, cut pressure drop, and ensure stable mill operation.
🏭Modification Case:ZGM113G-II VCM
- Before modification: Production: 42 t/h, Fineness R80 = 6%, Power Consumption: 24.5 kWh/t
- Modification requirements: Significantly increase production by over 20%, reduce power consumption.
- After modification: Production: 51 t/h, ⬆️increase 21.4%; Power Consumption: 19.9 kWh/t, ⬇️reduce by 4.6 kWh/t
📋Modification Proposal
- Optimize the meshing curve, reduce material bed thickness, and improve grinding efficiency;
- Increase the grinding table diameter to enlarge the grinding area, move the rollers outward, and increase the roller diameter;
- Replace with a high-efficiency low-resistance air ring and add guide vanes.
