🌻Office Life Before AutoCAD and Drafting Software.
Before the release of AutoCAD in 1982, engineering drawings were meticulously crafted by hand. Engineers and draftsmen used different-grade pencils, erasers, T-squares, and set squares to create precise designs. Any required changes meant starting from scratch, as modifying hand-drawn sketches was a laborious process.
Today, architectural designers and draftsmen primarily use their mouse and keyboard, effortlessly making adjustments without the physical strain or uncertainty that once accompanied manual drafting.
