🚀 Decowell Automation Solution for Beverage Packaging – Filling Machine Application
In beverage production lines, filling machines are responsible for accurately dispensing liquid products such as water, juice, and carbonated drinks into bottles or containers.
Modern filling equipment typically integrates multiple processes, including rinsing, filling, and capping, requiring high-speed operation, precise control, and strict hygiene standards.
Any instability in signal transmission or control response may directly affect filling accuracy and overall production efficiency.
For this project, an Allen-Bradley PLC was selected as the main controller, combined with Decowell EX Series Remote I/O modules to build a stable and responsive control system for the filling and labeling process.
👉 Project configuration:
Main controller: Allen-Bradley PLC
Application process: Filling machine + labeling machine
I/O configuration: Approx. 100 digital I/O points
Annual I/O usage: 200,000 points
During operation, the system collects signals from level sensors, pressure sensors, flow meters, and photoelectric sensors to monitor liquid level, pressure, and filling speed in real time.
Meanwhile, digital outputs precisely control valves, pumps, motors, and conveyor belts, ensuring accurate filling volumes and smooth bottle transfer.
Through the coordinated operation of the PLC and Decowell remote I/O system, the filling machine achieves efficient, stable, and automated production, meeting diverse beverage filling requirements.
🔹 Stable communication: Ensures reliable data transmission in high-speed filling operations
🔹 Compact I/O structure: Supports dense signal integration in limited cabinet space
🔹 Smooth operation: Improves filling accuracy and line consistency
🔹 Proven reliability: Short delivery cycle and suitable for mass deployment
