About our holiday light string factory workshop:
1. Production process
Q: What are the key steps in the production process of holiday light strings?
A:
Raw material preparation: Purchase LED bulbs, wires, PVC sleeves, plugs, controllers (such as flashing mode chips), etc.
Welding/assembly: Solder LED bulbs to wires, or use automated equipment to complete series/parallel circuit assembly.
Injection molding: PVC injection molding protection for welding points, waterproof and short-circuit proof.
Testing stage: Power on to test brightness, circuit stability, waterproof performance, etc.
Packaging: Wind the light string according to order requirements (such as length, color combination) and put it into a shockproof packaging box.
Q: How to ensure the waterproof performance of the light string?
A: Through double protection:
Injection molding seals the welding points;
Perform IP44 or higher waterproof tests on the entire light string (such as spray tests).
2. Equipment and technology
Q: What production equipment does the factory commonly use?
A:
Automatic wire welding machine: Efficiently weld LEDs and wires to reduce manual errors.
Injection molding machine: Wrap the lamp head with insulating material.
Aging test line: Simulate long-term power-on to screen faulty products.
Photoelectric detector: Automatically identify uneven brightness or flickering problems.
3. Production management
Q: How to improve workshop production efficiency?
A:
Lean production: Optimize assembly line layout to reduce handling waste;
Modular production: For example, separate production of light string segments and finally splicing to meet different order requirements.
Q: How to deal with the surge in orders during peak season (such as before Christmas)?
A:
Increase temporary workers + two-shift production;
Stock up on general models in advance to reduce delivery pressure.
4. Environmental protection and safety
Q: What are the environmental protection measures in production?
A:
Recycle waste wires and plastics;
Use lead-free solder and RoHS compliant materials.
Q: What are the key points of workshop safety management?
A:
Fire prevention: It is strictly forbidden to pile up flammable packaging in a messy manner;
Anti-electric shock: Regularly check the grounding of equipment and employees wear insulating gloves.
