MaterChem® N413 – Low-temperature PA toughening agent

N413 is a maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer (POE-g-MAH).
Use in ultra-low temperature PA toughening systems, PA + GF composites, and PA alloys,providing excellent low-temperature impact strength (down to –40 ℃) and stable processing performance.

Key Advantages：
Superior low-temperature toughness – maintains ductility and high impact strength even under extreme conditions (down to –40 °C).
Excellent interfacial adhesion – MAH functionality reacts with polyamide end groups, enhancing compatibility and forming a stable phase morphology in PA and PA/GF systems.
Mature process and stable quality – proven compounding technology ensures uniform dispersion, reliable processing behavior, and consistent batch-to-batch performance.

MaterChem® GF204 – Anti-PID Masterbatch for EVA/EPE Encapsulant Films

GF204 is based on EVA resin with inorganic cation scavenger uniformly dispersed via high-mix compounding.
Use in EVA/EPE encapsulant films in PV modules to capture mobile cations (primarily Na⁺), raising volume resistivity, and enhance PID resistance.

MC226 – Cost-Effective Coupling Agent for HFFR Cable Compounds (LLDPE-g-MAH)
MC226 (LLDPE-g-MAH) is a maleic anhydride grafted LLDPE designed for halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) cable compounds. It enhances compatibility between polyolefin matrices (PE/EVA) and inorganic flame retardants (ATH/MDH), improving filler dispersion and boosting mechanical, processing, and flame-retardant performance. It is well-suited for high-filler systems where both cost efficiency and performance stability are critical.
