Fully Automatic Sheep Slaughtering Equipment & Process (Automatic Skinning | Evisceration | Overhead Rail Chilling | Cutting & Conveying)
This series of equipment covers the entire sheep slaughtering process from live sheep reception, electric stunning, bleeding, automatic skinning, evisceration, trimming, washing, overhead rail chilling, to cutting and conveying. It is suitable for large and medium‑sized slaughterhouses and export‑registered plants, representing a standard configuration for modern sheep slaughtering and processing.
Core Processes and Equipment:
Automatic Skinning Machine – Uses mechanical clamping and pneumatic‑assisted skinning to completely remove the skin without damage, preserving high hide value. The machine can adapt to different sheep sizes, offering fast skinning speed and stable quality.
Automatic Evisceration Line – Equipped with a red and white offal separation system and an inspection platform. It automatically opens the abdominal cavity, removes the internal organs, classifies and conveys them, and retains samples for inspection. Hygienic and efficient, it complies with HACCP requirements.
Overhead Rail Chilling System – Sheep carcasses are hung on an overhead rail and conveyed into a pre‑chilling room for rapid cooling (0‑4°C). The compact rail layout saves floor space, provides uniform cooling, and effectively inhibits bacterial growth.
Cutting and Conveying Line – After pre‑chilling, the carcasses are conveyed to the cutting area via the overhead rail. The line is equipped with belt conveyors, cutting saws, deboning platforms, and trimming workstations, which can be flexibly configured according to process requirements for precise portioning.
The entire line is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with a PLC automatic control system, supporting data collection and remote monitoring. The modular design allows flexible customization according to customer capacity and process requirements. It is a preferred solution for sheep slaughtering and processing enterprises seeking to improve efficiency and ensure meat hygiene.
